VoIP Customers for one Line Rental only will not have to sign any contract. We do however require a month’s cancellation notice.

Prices on VoIP calls per minute is all market related and Vision Telecom Solutions has the right to change these prices when cost has increased to us from 3rd party providers

All clients will be set as Prepaid, therefor pay upfront for credit to be loaded before calls can be made

Calls to Overseas numbers, Shared Call Numbers and Call Centre Numbers will be charged at market related prices and The Miyagi Son package is for home users and Small Businesses who only have one line. The line rental per month is R49 (ex VAT) which includes number rental as well. No Itimised billing will be provided.will be worked out according to the ZAR rand exchange with respective operator exchange value

Unlimited Talking is only for free for all On-Net users. This entails that any other number that is also hosted by us can be phoned and we will not charge any rates

The Miyagi Son package is for home users and Small Businesses who only have one line. The line rental per month is R49 ex VAT which includes number rental as well. No Itimised billing will be provided.

Porting and Activation Fee is charged at a once-off R130. This does not include courier charges or any other charges.

Customers who chooses to use the service over the Smartphone App (Zoiper) can’t hold Vision Telecom Solutions responsible for quality of VoIP that routes over Cell Carriers networks as it does not receive priority over other data sessions

Customers who has a WAN (Wireless Access Network) connection with a third party can not hold Vision Telecom Solutions responsible for bad quality of VoIP as they do not prioritize the traffic. We will however try and help them upon your request

Companies who owns and support their own PBX will also receive different pricing from us hence they already have the equipment and we only need to provide the service. itimised Billing can be provided for an extra small fee.

Covid-19 Rescue Plan is only a relief plan for new customers on the Miyagi Son package and the time period that line rental will be for free is limited to three months from sign up. Vision Telecom Solutions holds the right to discontinue this package at any given time it deems them fit. This is only upon signing a 12 month contract

Miyagi VoIP does provide the Rent-to-Own option to Home users and Small Businesses who requests only one line for now. This is a 12 month contract and the Hardware rental will be charged above all other Line rental and call costs.

All Rent-to-Own plans uses the standard entry level VoIP phone and Vision Telecom Solutions reserves the right to change models of handsets as we deem fit

Fibre – Please remember we are only resellers of the Fibre service and do not provide other connectivity options or maintenance. We can however upon request help with LAN (Local Area Network) setups and sales of items.

Fibre pricing is market related and Vision Telecom Solutions has the right to change these prices as they deem fit upon cost incurred on us with price increases from 3rd party providers

Fibre – Depending on provider, contract of 12/24 months or no contract at all can be taken. Cancellation Clause does apply as per agreement

Any client who does sign up for VoIP and or Fibre, not limiting any other service will have to fill in the agreement form and provide the documents requested by Vision Telecom Solutions. This agreement will indicate the term agreed upon between customer and Vision Telecom Solutions and treated as such

Fibre – Our advertisement state that there is Minimal to almost no downtime at all. Vision Telecom Solutions can not be held responsible for downtime that may occur due to damage of fibre lines providing the service and or the actual time it takes for repairs to happen. Calls are logged with upstream provider and all relevant notifications will be sent through to customer as far as possible

Vision Telecom Solutions can not be held responsible for slow speeds on your LAN (Local Area Network) or for any other system/program failure. We have the right to refuse assistance if it is not being provided by us. We can however assist upon request but additional charges will apply

Vision Telecom Solutions can not be held responsible for installations of Fibre, whether outside or inside customer premises, as well as damage to it. Upon this instance – Vision Telecom Solutions will communicate charges/cost as per upstream provider to fix with their contractors

Our Support will help you with your query and or inquiry and has a time frame of 4 hours to report back upon customers communication

Our Support will only trade per email. It is essential for the client to provide as much info to their challenge for our support to be able help them adequately

Vision Telecom Solutions reserves the right to use sales people, advertisement companies, other forms of social marketing and or entities in order to promote our product. We can not be held responsible for any error’s and omissions whether said or printed, not limited digitally.

Vision Telecom Solutions reserves the right to use upstream providers, systems and software/hardware included, no matter the name or make to provide services to our customers and also reserves the right to change to ensure the viability and future of the company
